Breath + Mind + Body

Throughout the course of my life there are practices that I have relied upon. Practices that have had a profound impact on my life and my way of being. I use each of them daily and weave them into my work with clients.

Yoga. Breath + Mind + Body + Spirit.  A practice, a lifestyle, a way of being that is far beyond what is commonly known as the asana or physical shapes made with the body.

Reiki. A Japanese word for Universal Life Energy and is also the practice of focusing this energy to bring balance to the body, mind, and spirit.

Embodied breath work.  A breathing technique and practice that supports a shift in awareness from the head to the body and the movement of energy in the body.

Meditation.  A practice of stilling the mind and becoming an observer of that which is occurring.  Realizing that you are infinite.

Asana.  The physical postures or shapes made with our bodies.

Gratitude.  Actively being grateful for what one has or doesn’t have in life.  Choosing to look for, see, and be present to the gift of life.

What does mindfulness look like in your life?
How do you lead through mindfulness?
How do you utilize your strengths to live a life you love?
What are your practices and behaviors?
You?
Your work?
Your group?
Your communities?
